Sandy got our price on the sale of our home and we purchased our new home at $75K less than the appraisal we had to do for the bank on our new loan. Home run. Getting a mortgage during these days of Covid is a very interesting experience to say the least. The institutions that buy the bank mortgages are requesting so much more information and are very detailed orientated. Sandy and her team members did a great job in helping to get a new mortgage.
